- Payment timing
The first payment is taken at sign-up.
After that, payment is taken automatically each month based on your sign-up date.
Where a free trial applies, the first payment is taken after the trial ends.
- Delivery of service
Available for use immediately after payment completes.
- Cancellation and refunds
If you contact us within 14 days of the transaction date (purchase or billing date), we refund the full amount for any reason.
You can cancel at any time from the billing screen. Automatic renewal stops, and you can keep using the service until the end of any period you have already paid for.
As this is a service, there is no return of goods.
